I specialize in anxiety + adjustment and gladly work with all ages. The majority of my work now is done with young adults and members of the LGBTQI+ community though all motivated individuals are welcome. I have 10 years experience working with severe mental illness and have worked with a number of symptoms/disorders. I will never say I have seen it all, but I’ve seen a lot. I am not here to judge you. I am here to support you, period.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist that utilizes a combination of theories and techniques including, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, Expressive Arts, and Person Centered Therapy. These theories allow us to focus on the issues at hand and collaboratively resolve them through talk therapy. Additionally, I utilize Brainspotting therapy (BSP) to target Trauma and distressing symptoms.
